Do you get free shared accommodation when working as cabin crew at Qatar Airways?

Hi, I just applied as cabin crew at Qatar Airways. I was wondering if we get free shared apartment accommodation in Doha. I know Emirates and Etihad offer it, but what about Qatar Airways? Also, what are the working conditions like, and what’s training like?

I am a US passport holder but most of my passport is covered in Israeli stamps. Can I fly Qatar Airways?
