Qatar is a quiet & peaceful country, Plus the hot deserts are sooo amazing for camping in winter & spring, They r unwanted in summer lol we resort to the beaches in the hot summer ^^

He chooses to give the power back to his people because he looks around the world and sees its the best thing for the country.
